Garrett joined SHM Architects in 2021.
Garrett was Born and raised in the neighborhood of Lakewood in East Dallas where he attended Lakewood and JL Long before transferring to Hillcrest HS. Upon completion of high school, he moved to Philadelphia to complete a 2+4 B. Arch. at Drexel University.
Garrett started out doing commercial work for developers in Philadelphia before transitioning to residential here in Dallas. He started at SHM in March of 2021 and was initially drawn to the firm because of their emphasis on higher level bespoke design.
His hobbies are vast and include: Anything with a motor, music (playing/listening), playing sports, and most importantly, design of all kinds.
